Point to Ponder:
Lenovo services center : First visit when I got oreo 8.0 update from lenovo,the phone was not charging and it was getting to hot. I ask them to flash my phone back to Nougat 7.1 which was working fine.
They denied the request they donot have Nougat 7.1.so they flash it with oreo 8.0 stating things will improve but nothing improve.
Second visit when my phone not death, it start to lenovo logo then shuts.They open it found a bit moisture which they showed it to me and said we terminate your warranty, you now have to pay for the fault to ratify we shall give you estimate.
I was not convince by their (dead Lock) conclusion, I said a bit of moisture is ok you should not terminate my warranty.They said this is how we function rule are written we just follow it. Paid means paid nothing can change it go anywhere.
At this point according to my knowlege the faulty part " Main Circuit Board " the phone cost Rs 12000/- 'the main circuit board 'equal to 80% of the phone price.I decided to fight my case with Lenovo to my Surprise nobody from lenovo cared not even Vikas Sharma service_head.
Finally I request to them that my phone to be send to the main office for them to see they rejected it they said Go to the Service center, get your estimate there.
Conclusion: I have Expected my defeat,I lost my phone (paper weight) now.My fight will continue.
